Anže Sekelj & Staš Vrenko: HEX 1.0
During the online workshop the participants will build their personal electronic instrument HEX 1.0 from the semi-modular series of electronic instruments HEX. HEX 1.0 is a digital polyphonic synthesizer with a capacitive keyboard, potentiometers for signal modulation and an adaptable looper that through its unusual shape explores new ways of interaction and sound synthesis. Individual modules from the series can function both as independent instruments/effects and as part of a larger modular system. The purpose of the series is to enable musicians and the general public access to digital instruments that can help users in creating and composing more complex electronic productions.
